Got this for my child’s 3rd birthday and they love it! They figured out how to use it very quickly and they are very fast on it! Only concern is what looks like a stress point on the blue plastic. Reached out about it through chat (not response for days) then reached out via email and they extended my warranty, so hoping it withstands the wild toddlers who use it
The single fire engine exceeded our expectations. It is sturdy and well-built. Our grandson wakes every morning and asks to go for a ride.
If you want to create a memory - this one will do it!
After waiting for weeks for the fire truck to arrive opened the box and there were parts missing. For now one of the motors is missing. I have no intention to wait for parts— quality control should have made sure all parts were in the box. I plan to return it first thing tomorrow.
