One of our grandkids broke one while riding. We had to order another. Representatives we helpful in the process. Part was received in a fairly timely manner.

I’m trying to find a wheel for my grandson‘s electric go kart. I emailed DTI… Corresponded with someone three times wanting to know the size of the wheel. I think he finally got tired of me and told me it was no longer available. I took a chance and ordered it… It was available… And they sent me the wrong wheel. I emailed them today to find out what I need to do to return it. Time will tell.
There was a problem with the shipper, and the company kept me updated and kept in contact the entire time to keep my worries at Bay. My item arrived in time for Christmas and I'm super happy with it thank you all for your patience with me

I bought the 36V Freddo E-Chopper for my son, and he absolutely loves it! The leather seat is super comfortable, and the brushless motor provides a smooth, fast ride. The rubber air wheels and rear disc brakes make it safe and reliable. Highly recommend!

I love this car. I bought this for my niece and she absolutely adores it. She loves taking it out and driving it about the neighborhood. We always get compliments for the car from the neighbors, and she's managed to make some friends by offering rides.
The car drives well enough. The 2WD/4WD options allow for a more gentler and slower driving experience on 2WD mode, while she can go full speed in safe areas on 4WD mode. The car is a champ on hills and we've had no issues.
I'm docking one star because of the difficulty in setting this car up and the lack of instructions provided in the manual. First of all, the manual is sparsely detailed and doesn't provide much information besides visuals which are not always very clear. More details would definitely have helped. The steering wheel installation is very tricky, and some warnings about the delicate nature of the electric connector for the car horn would have been much appreciated. I twisted the wheel a bit to try and get it into place and in doing so severed the car horn connector (and yes, I'm buying a replacement steering wheel haha). Also, some of the bolts and screws are not so easily connected. I had a hard time with the screw for the steering wheel, and some of the screws on the wheels where very diffcult to tighten.
But besides those issues, every else is great. The niece loves the car and that's all I can ask for.
While very excited to receive the car, finding it came minus the hardware to finish assembly was equivalent to heavy rain on a picnic. No joy for my 4-year old granddaughter nor the rest of the family.
Received the vehicle last week minus the hardware to complete the assembly. So a 4-year-old granddaughter must wait to enjoy the car until you get around to sending the missing items.

I bought the jeep and when I got it I was very impressed with the quality and how it drove. The remote works well for my youngest grandkid.
This was a big hit with our five and three-year old grandsons. It was not easy putting together, especially with poorly written instructions from China. But with much prayer, my husband found fixes and overcame difficulties. The boys drove all around the neighborhood for at least an hour and a half and the battery never ran out. This was pricey but well worth the fun and thrills the boys experienced. Thank you DTI for your support. We have wonderful videos and photos.
