Virtual Assistance

Non-Warranty Items: If your item is no longer under warranty, we may charge a service fee for a virtual assessment, depending on the complexity of the issue. Click here to schedule your virtual appointment.

Extended Warranty: If you purchased an extended warranty through CPS, please click here to contact them directly.
If we are able to identify the problem during the call, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of any required replacement parts, plus shipping fees if the service isn’t covered by warranty.
For products not purchased through FreddoToys, if we are unable to determine the issue, we will guide the customer toward the best possible solution for repairing the product. Customers may also send pictures or short videos of the item to our email at support@freddotoys.com before scheduling a virtual call, so we can attempt to assess the issue in advance.
Walk-In Service Center
FreddoToys does not have a physical walk-in center. Instead, please visit our Service Center Map to find the nearest authorized service center.
If a repair is possible, the service will be performed at the authorized service center. Customers will be responsible for any labor fees and the cost of replacement parts, if required.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Before bringing your item to the service center, please ensure it is reasonably clean and free of mud, dirt, leaves, and debris. Some service centers may charge a cleaning fee for excessively dirty items—please check with your service center for details.
