RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY
RETURN POLICY
Products that are faulty or defective may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after the date the product is delivered. The refund will be applied to the original payment method used for purchase.
Products that have been assembled or used CAN NOT be returned, unless the defect could not be detected until the product was assembled/used. When you need to request a return or exchange, please DO NOT send the product back until you first contact us and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us with the return instructions.
We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price for returns that are requested late, opened, damaged, or missing parts. Shipping paid during the purchase is non-refundable.
Final sale for all spare Parts! All spare parts orders are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS
Please email us at support@freddotoys.com and include a copy of your invoice/receipt, order date, product name, reason for return, name of the purchaser, delivery address, and phone number to receive an RMA.

Customer Responsibility: In the event that an item is returned for reasons not due to our mistake or a faulty/defective product, the customer is responsible for return freight/shipping costs.

Condition of Return: Any returned product that is opened, used, damaged, or missing parts will result in a restocking fee of up to 25%, unless the defect was undetectable until assembly.

Packaging: When your RMA is authorized, please package all items adequately in the original box to prevent damage in transit. Ensure all packaging, accessories, and instructions are included. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method with signature confirmation. We are not responsible for losses or damages caused by return shipping.

Inspection: Upon receipt and inspection, if the product is found to be defective, we will grant a full refund or a replacement at no cost. If the product is NOT defective, we will refund the purchase price, less the return shipping cost and the 25% restocking fee.
WARRANTY POLICY
SCOPE OF WARRANTY: Freddo Toys warrants each product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for 90 days. The warranty is limited to the replacement of the faulty part and does not cover shipping costs. A maximum of one (1) replacement vehicle will be provided per warranty (including extended warranties).

These products are toys, not real vehicles or professional off-road machines, and must be treated as such.

Liability: Freddo Toys is not responsible for damage or injuries caused by incorrect use, misuse, or failure to follow safety precautions.
🚫 WATER & MOISTURE WARNING (VITAL)
Ride-on toy cars contain sensitive electrical components, including motors, wiring, batteries, and control boards. These vehicles are NOT waterproof. Exposure to water or excessive moisture can cause corrosion, electrical shorts, and permanent damage that may make the vehicle unsafe or inoperable.
Damage caused by water or moisture exposure is strictly NOT covered under warranty and will VOID it immediately.
The following conditions are NOT covered by our warranty:

Water Damage: Driving in rain, puddles, wet grass, or snow.

Improper Cleaning: Washing the vehicle with a hose or large amounts of water. Clean only with a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

Improper Storage: Storing the vehicle outdoors or in damp environments. Always store in a dry place like a garage or indoors.

Customer Damage: Abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, tampering, customization, or modifications.

External Factors: Damage caused by accidents, commercial/rental use, or lost/stolen products.
Emergency Protocol: If the car becomes wet, turn it off immediately, remove the battery if possible, and allow it to dry completely for at least 24–48 hours before using it again. Never charge the battery if the charging port or battery area is wet.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
LABOR TO REPAIR OR REPLACE PART: We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred for repairing the product or replacing parts. However, we provide free in-house labor on defective items that are still under their specified warranty period.
DAMAGES DURING SHIPPING: Contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 3 days of delivery) with photos of shipping damage. DO NOT assemble the product until we assess the photos. Original box and packaging are REQUIRED for any exchange.
PACKAGE THEFT AFTER DELIVERY: Freddo Toys is not responsible for stolen packages AFTER they have been delivered by the courier. Once delivered, the item is considered the buyer’s property. We recommend tracking your package and arranging to be present for delivery.
IMPORTANT: Batteries are NOT covered by the warranty.
