I purchased this chopper through QVC and was told I had to contact Freddo because it was past 30 days. I texted, called, and communicated through chat and was still unable to get any help. These bikes are not cheap and I expect for it to last longer than 2 months. This company has not tried to help and I hate writing negative reviews because I believe in giving people a fair chance. But I have tried to get help so my grandson could enjoy his gift, but I promise one thing I will never purchase another riding product Freddo or QVC. I do not recommend this bike

Excellent Ride and Performance!
I bought the 36V Freddo E-Chopper for my son, and he absolutely loves it! The leather seat is super comfortable, and the brushless motor provides a smooth, fast ride. The rubber air wheels and rear disc brakes make it safe and reliable. Highly recommend!

A True Hit!
As a special birthday gift for our 4 year old great nephew, this firetruck couldn’t have been better! He immediately wanted to get in and drive it, and it performed perfectly! The water gun was such a hit too. We all have it two thumbs up!

Very impressed.
Couldn’t find any review videos on this but I’ve had it for almost a year now. It Rides my one and two year old just fine and they usually ride it for about a hour before they want something else. After an hour the battery is still around 22 volts so plenty left. Also Carries the big kids too. My nine year old niece loves to ride in it.
The four wheel drive works well and has a lot of torque. My two year old had it almost vertical when she tried to take it through the brush and it literally rode right up a small tree.
I actually filled the bed with gravel so my oldest and I could fill in the driveway with our silverados together.
One area I’d suggest for improvement is the tires. They’re far better than the plastic tires but they did seem to wear quickly. I’ll try to find replacements Eventually but for now they still work.

It took a little while to arrive but the part worked perfectly. It was also priced right.
Kudos to the staff that helped find the correct part and getting it headed my way.
1-year warranty apparently doesn’t exist if you don’t buy directly from Freddo, so had to try to fix the broken toy car on my own. Part wasn’t the one I needed to fix the car, but company doesn’t accept returns. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.
Excited we found the battery for our son’s car. It arrived and works well. I paid $50 for fast 2 day shipping and it took 5 days to arrive. That was a total waste of our money/horrible shipping time for the price.
