Thank you for the fast shipment of the parts I needed. I talked to a service man yesterday with a prolem of the car not moving forward. He told me he would send me a video on how to check for the problem. Still need the video please. Grandkids driving me crazy.
I purchased this toy car in July 2025. Within just a few months of very modest use, the battery would no longer charge. When I asked customer service about this, I got a response saying "if there is no power to the car you may want to check the connections to the battery or have it replaced." The manual for this car specifically states "use of a battery or charger other than the supplied rechargeable battery and charger may cause a fire or explosion. Only use the supplied battery and charger."
It is unconscionable that this company would suggest that we "replace" the battery when the user manual says that using any other battery than the one supplied "may cause a fire or explosion." The manual has an entire warning page about the battery and says "the battery on the vehicle is not replaceable."
This is a company that does not care and certainly does not care about safety.
Easy to assemble and is as pictured. My son is tall for his age (6), so likely will only be able to use this for a year.
Freddo marketed this cover to me to go with the tractor trailer ride on toy and it is too small and also very thin for $40. You'd be better off just using a tarp.
