This item arrived with the body of the car cracked and it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. It’s been a week since I’ve emailed them and they have not communicated with me at all on a replacement item. I’ve emailed twice and also left a voicemail.

A True Hit!
As a special birthday gift for our 4 year old great nephew, this firetruck couldn’t have been better! He immediately wanted to get in and drive it, and it performed perfectly! The water gun was such a hit too. We all have it two thumbs up!
Great product and easy to use. Accidently ordered 2 and they called me to make sure it wasn’t a mistake. It was. They only sent one and I paid for one. They are the best.
